IFM newly developed a very sophisticated mixing tank with agitator VMIX ® based on our long experience of suppling MAXBLEND ® under the licensing from SHI, as well as many kinds of own developed food processing machinery to our customers.VMIX ® allows to improve the uniformity of mixture under different liquid volume (tank level) and/or different liquid viscosity, moreover it can help to control (reduce) the involving air quantity during the food processing.
